- February 2019: Imtex Membranes received a $6million (CDN) funding from the Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC)
- February 2019: Imtex Membranes announced the building of a $15 million (CDN) demonstration plant of their membrane gas separation technology, Permylene, in the Sarnia-Lambton Biohybrid Chemistry Cluster
- November 2018: Monteco and AutoServe1 has moved to a new and more modern office at 55 St.Clair W., Suite 408.
- June 2017: ECOInsight Instruments was re-branded to Riptide Tek Inc. The new brand would help the organization become more recognizable to the fluid handling market.
- Monteco founded Monnsoon, a company that specializes in the development of software concepts that offer Big Data opportunities.
- Autoserve1 is acquired to focus on the aftermarket auto parts sector.
- Green Turtle Technologies and Filamat Composities were divested to Zurn Engineered Water Systems.
- ECOInsight Instruments was established to provide robust smart sensor technology for industrial, commercial and municipal applications.
- Imbrium Systems is divested to Contech Engineered Solutions LLC.
- Incorporated The research and development centre into a for-profit commercial facility named Good Harbour Laboratories.
- The research and development centre moved to a 23,000 square foot facility in Mississauga, Ontario.
- Monteco founded Imtex Membranes to develop and commercialize advanced membrane separation technology in the petrochemical industry.
- Monteco opened an 8,000 square foot research and development centre in Brampton, Ontario to support it’s portfolio companies.
- Green Turtle Americas opened its U.S. headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Monteco founded Biox Corporation, now Canada’s largest producer of biodiesel fuel. Biox was created to develop and commercialize a disruptive biodiesel production technology that was invented at the University of Toronto.
- Monteco founded Filamat Composites to focus on engineered composite products.
- Monteco founded Green Turtle Technologies to focus on the wastewater interceptor market in Canada.
- Monteco incorporated its first U.S. based business, Imbrium Systems, and opened its head office in Washington, D.C.
